Losing weight is a challenge. Choosing a diet is easy. Following it and sticking to a discipline that we mainly associate to privation is not simple. The fact is a diet mainly consists of changing the way we eat. Not just the food, but also the proportion and the frequency.

Did you already try to lose weight by dieting ? Did you also add some exercises to your diet because you thought it would help ? Again, discipline, frequency and even time are ennemies on your route to weight loss.

Some more bad news : all the tips, or advices you have read were not obvisously good ones.

An example : exercising abs will help you lose belly fat. Wrong ! You can make hundreds of abs crunches everyday, you will not lose belly fat. You will muscle and strenghten your abs, that’s true, but your abs will still remain under belly fat. You may have a beautiful 6 pack, but you won’t see it if fat is covering it.

Note this is not good to exercise the same muscle group everyday. A muscle needs time to recover from efforts. Training the same muscles everyday can lead to injuries, which of course weaken the muscle. Consequence : no muscle gain, now you will have to wait to fully recover from your injury.

When you want to lose weight, in other words, getting rid of fat, you first have to eat well. Nutrition is the most important part of all weight loss plans. Actually, any weight loss plan that only focus on exercise is not serious.

If you ask bodybuilders what leads them to body fate rate as low as 5% (sometimes lower), they will not only talk about their workout routine. They will mention how important is their nutrition and how they completely changed their way of eating, by reducing their meals in take, and eating 5-7 smaller meals a day instead of only 3, drinking plenty of water.
